These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone else who interacts with Craftsynk or its website.
Craftsynk provides brand identity design services including, but not limited to: logo design, brand guidelines, typography systems, color architecture, corporate identity assets, and brand audits.
All work is custom and project-based. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon individually before work commences, typically through a project brief and written agreement or proposal.
Craftsynk reserves the right to decline any project inquiry at its discretion.
Each project begins with a proposal outlining deliverables, timelines, revision rounds, and fees. Work does not begin until both parties have confirmed the scope in writing.
Revision rounds are defined per project. Requests beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and billed as additional work. Feedback should be consolidated and provided within the agreed feedback windows.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate brand information, timely feedback, and any required content or assets (text, existing logos, etc.). Delays caused by late client feedback may affect agreed timelines.
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, fees for completed work phases are non-refundable. The specific terms are outlined in each project agreement.
Projects typically require a deposit (50% of total project fee) before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final file delivery. Specific payment terms are defined in each project agreement.
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee. Craftsynk reserves the right to pause work on overdue accounts.
Final files are not delivered until full payment has been received. Work-in-progress files shown during the design process remain the property of Craftsynk until payment is complete.
Craftsynk operates a Design Asset Store at craftsynk.com/store selling digital products including logo templates, brand kit bundles, social media template packs, and typography guides. All purchases are processed by Gumroad, an independent third-party platform. By purchasing, you agree to these terms and to Gumroad's Terms of Service.
Upon purchase of any paid digital product, Craftsynk grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, commercial licence to use, adapt, and incorporate the product into your own work or client work. Specifically you may:

All digital products are delivered instantly via Gumroad following payment confirmation. You will receive an email with a download link from Gumroad. Files remain accessible in your Gumroad library for re-download. Craftsynk is not responsible for technical issues with Gumroad's delivery infrastructure.
Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned", all sales are final once a file has been downloaded.

Upon receipt of full project payment, Craftsynk transfers all rights to the final agreed deliverables to the client. The client receives full commercial ownership of the final logo and brand identity assets.

Clients warrant that any materials, logos, text, or assets they provide for use in the project do not infringe on any third-party rights. The client accepts full liability for any content they supply.

Design outcomes are subjective. Craftsynk's work reflects its professional judgement and agreed brief — we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., increased sales, brand recognition) as a result of our design services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craftsynk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of this website or our services.
Craftsynk's total liability for any claim arising from a project engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction as applicable.
